We are seeking a Germanspeaking Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Gothenburg Sweden!
As a key member of our Customer Success team you will play a pivotal role in supporting our German operations. Your responsibilities will include providing toptier customer experiences resolving inquiries efficiently and collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

What will you do
Provide productrelated information and guidance on product usage to customers.
Resolve customer concerns inquiries and complaints via chat email and phone in a timely and efficient manner ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Work closely with suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
Collaborate with the product team providing relevant feedback and insights from customers.
Efficiently resolve customer inquiries regarding invoices in close collaboration with the Finance team.
Candidate profile
Skilled at listening to and understanding customer needs.
Team player who prioritizes the teams success and naturally assists colleagues.
Detailoriented structured and capable of multitasking effectively.
Previous experience in customerfacing positions.
Excellent communication skills in German (minimum C2 level) and English (minimum C1 level).
Reside in Gothenburg or willing to relocate.
Bonus if you:
Speak Swedish.
Have previous experience within logistics or SaaS/Tech.
Have been employed in a product startup previously.
