The Journey Ahead and your role in it:

Here you will take charge of establishing and leading our new Global Solution Architecture team a key force within Husqvarnas digital development. The Solution Architecture team that you will lead will design and implement technology solutions for the outdoor power products industry.

From Sweden to India you will recruit build and lead a team of architects that will design the technology solutions critical to our future from manufacturing and logistics to smart connected products. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the company translate business needs into concrete solution designs and drive technology strategies that align with Husqvarnas goals.

You will set the roadmap and build a team and shape the architecture that enables Husqvarna to lead the industry in a fastmoving digital landscape.

You will:

• Build mentor and lead a globally distributed team of Solution Architects inspiring high performance and collaboration.
• Recruitment and buildup of a global team.
• Set and drive architectural strategies across multiple technology and business domains.
• Oversee solution design activities for projects across the company from smart product innovations to network and platform developments.
• Work closely with senior leaders project managers and partners to ensure technology solutions support business strategies.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards sustainable practices and best technological practices.

You will report to Michael Director of Strategy & Enterprise Architecture and be a part of GIS (Global Information Services) our Global IT Department in Husqvarna Group.

Your skills and experience:

• Bachelors in Computer Science Engineering (or related field). Also holds a Masters Thats a plus!
• Proven leadership skills you really shine when it comes to build teams and guide and inspire people.
• Broad experience in IT architecture and experience in solution architecture management roles preferably within the manufacturing or consumer goods sector.

Location:

This role will be placed in Sweden in Huskvarna or in Jonsered right outside Gothenburg.

But with our hybrid working environment youll have the flexibility to work both onsite and remotely promoting worklife balance for all team members. We meet in the office at least 23 days a week (50%).
