When joining Tietoevry Tech Services as a Paralegal:
You report directly to Tietoevry Tech Services Head of Legal & Compliance and support the operations in the legal department in the Nordics and other countries where Tietoevry Tech Servics has operations. Your work will mainly involve supporting the Legal team with administrative legal tasks participating in internal and external meetings and being responsible for various administrative tasks. You will thus act as paralegal both in relation to other internal support functions and within the companys various areas of activity.
The work may include:
- Managingcorporate governance tasks as administrating AGMand board meetings for parent company and subsidiaries
- AML requirementimplementation and support
- Being responsible for internal legal tools and templates
- Administrating external legal resources
- Being responsible for Legal & Compliance AI procurement
Given the geographical spread of the business and the fact that customer projects are conducted throughout the Nordic region the service may be associated with travel from time to time.
Are you the one we are looking for
We believe that you have at least 6 years of experience in equivalent work at a law firm company or other equivalent experience. We would like to see experience of working in a larger organization linked to knowledge management and educational issues.
Furthermore we would like you to have:
- a desire to expand your skillset
- an adaptive attitude no hesitation to work handson and come up with pragmatic and wellstructured solutions
- good communication skills and a serviceoriented mindset are essential
- Very good oral and written proficiency in English and Swedish language is a requirement.
You are used to working on projects and in a resultoriented organization. The role means that you have the opportunity to be involved in projects with specialists from different parts of the business regarding both businessrelated tasks and internal strategic issues. As a person you are trustworthy and easy going positive and unpretentious in collaboration with colleagues and customers. We will put high value on the right person for this position being a good match both for the position and as well as in the group will be very important.
