As our first Chief Revenue Officer you will architect and execute the revenue strategy that propels Kenz from early traction to market leadership. Youll build and lead highperforming sales marketing and customer success teams across multiple geographies with initial focus on Saudi Arabia and UAE markets. This role is critical to achieving our ambitious growth targets of $12M ARR by Year 3 and $40M ARR by Year 5.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue strategy across direct sales selfservice and partnership channels
- Create and execute a regional expansion playbook starting with KSA dominance and expanding to UAE and broader MENA
- Build and optimize the full customer journey from acquisition through expansion
- Establish pricing strategy and packaging across our Silver/Gold/Platinum tiers
Team Building & Leadership
- Recruit develop and lead highperforming sales marketing and customer success teams
- Scale the revenue organization from 5 to 50 professionals over 34 years
- Establish sales methodologies training programs and career development paths
- Foster a performancedriven culture balanced with our missiondriven values
GotoMarket Excellence
- Refine our value proposition and positioning for different market segments (recruiting agencies SMBs enterprises)
- Build repeatable measurable sales processes with emphasis on efficiency and predictability
- Develop strategies to accelerate conversion from our first hire free trial model
- Create a strategic account program for enterprise clients with complex sales cycles
Market & Customer Insights
- Gather and analyze market intelligence to inform product and pricing decisions
- Maintain deep understanding of competitive landscape and differentiation strategies
- Partner with Product to ensure roadmap aligns with market demand and customer needs
- Identify emerging market opportunities and evaluate new revenue streams
Performance & Operations
- Establish and track key metrics including ARR CAC LTV and sales productivity
- Optimize unit economics to achieve CAC payback under 12 months
- Forecast revenue accurately for financial planning and investor relations
- Design and manage compensation plans that drive desired behaviors and results
Qualifications :
Required
- 7 years of progressive sales leadership experience in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record scaling revenue from $1M to $10M ARR
- Experience building and leading highperforming revenue teams
- Demonstrated success in establishing new markets and territories
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and financial modeling
- Experience with both enterprise sales and velocity/selfservice models
- Superior communication skills and executive presence
Highly Desired
- Experience in HR tech recruitment software or similar enterprise solutions
- Knowledge of MENA markets particularly Saudi Arabia and UAE
- Background working with AIpowered products or platforms
- International expansion experience
- Understanding of Arabic language and business culture
