What Youll Do:
Own the full sales cycle: prospect qualify demo close
Target Saudi recruitment agencies (5 recruiters) and corporates (50 employees or 10 roles open)
Deliver tailored demos that showcase ROI and AIdriven hiring acceleration
Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth handoff and happy clients
Provide market feedback to influence product development and positioning
Maintain clean CRM records and report on KPIs (conversion win rate ARR)
Qualifications :
3 years in B2B SaaS or HR tech sales in Saudi Arabia
Strong knowledge of the local hiring landscape
Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
Proven closer with a track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
Confident consultative and relentlessly resourceful
