Job Description

Location: Lisbon or Porto Portugal
Employment Type: Fulltime

We are seeking a serviceoriented and reliable professional to provide highquality support to business clients across multiple communication channels. If you are fluent in foreign languages and English and you enjoy problemsolving in a fastpaced international environment this role could be a great fit for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver prompt and professional assistance to business clients via multiple communication channels such as phone email and chat.
  • Support customers with accountrelated inquiries including verifying identity and confirming account details.
  • Follow regulatory requirements and internal protocols as specified by the client.
  • Diagnose problems and provide effective customized solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Ensure timely followup and resolution of customer issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and updates in internal systems.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve service targets and exchange best practices.

    Essential Skills Qualifications & Experience

    • Native or fluent proficiency in foreign languages (C2 level) both spoken and written; fluent in English (C1 level).
    • Minimum education: High School diploma.
    • At least one year of customer service experience with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
    • Stable and consistent employment history.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and a cooperative team attitude.
    • Ability to perform well in fastpaced environments with strong multitasking capabilities.
    • High attention to detail and precision when managing customer information.
    • Familiarity with automated customer support software and platforms is preferred.
    • Strong problemsolving skills critical thinking and the ability to work independently.
    • Friendly professional and proactive in delivering customer service.
    • Experience in sectors like retail banking or general customer support is advantageous.
    • Willingness to work rotating shifts and fulltime onsite schedules.
    • Flexibility and adaptability to evolving procedures technologies and customer demands.
