Join Our Team as a Senior Analyst SCM!
Position Summary:Are you a skilled and experienced Senior Analyst in Supply Chain Management (SCM) We are looking for you to join our IT Business Engagement team! In this role you will manage demands projects enhancements and support within our SCM domain. You will build and maintain trusted partnerships with SCM teams providing your technical expertise in selecting designing deploying and prioritizing global business solutions.
What Youll Do:
Collaborate & Innovate:Build and manage partnerships with SCM business partners and the IT team actively seeking feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Identify Opportunities:Assist business partners in discovering new capabilities and provide innovative solutions that align with IT standards.
Governance & Integrity:Maintain the integrity of all production solutions execute effective governance processes and manage prioritization and execution of support demands.
Define Requirements:Document solution requirements to ensure fully functional business processes and systems.
Lead Projects:Manage assigned projects resources and schedules to ensure timely delivery across multiple work streams.
Change Management:Prepare the organization for change with effective communication and change management strategies.
Risk Assessment:Assess program risks and ensure compliance with internal controls and processes.
Service Level Management:Ensure strategic partners meet their service level agreements related to service delivery.
What You Bring:
Education:Minimum Bachelors degree (or equivalent) with 8 years of relevant experience in large global SCM systems implementations.
Industry Experience:Experience in an international SCM business environment preferably in the automotive industry.
SAP Expertise:At least 34 years of experience with SAP Systems including SAP S/4 HANA and proficiency in SCM and controlling solutions.
Design Skills:Demonstrated design experience in SAP SD/LE with a strong understanding of EDI integration.
Communication Skills:Strong communication skills with the ability to present effectively to diverse audiences.
Leadership:Proven ability to lead and mentor team members fostering collaboration and motivation.
Language Proficiency:Fluent in English with the ability to conduct meetings and develop documentation in English. Additional European languages (e.g. German French Polish) are a plus.
