Job Description
- Provide accurate drafting requirements and documentation which meet the requirements of ACT Planning Authority NSW local councils and the BCA/NCC
- Manage multiple projects to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Makes decisions in collaboration with the Director
- Accurate production of 3D modelling and CAD drafting using Revit and Sketchup
- Comprehensive detailing of drawings in consultation with the Project Architect
- Site Visits including accurate measure up of sites of electronic and paper project files in accordance with office procedures
- Respond promptly to queries as they arise either via telephone email or written correspondence
Requirements
- Proficient in Revit and Sketchup
- Experience in providing document production to a high level of standard and detail
- Experience in drafting requirements for both commercial and residential design in Australia
- Proven understanding of requirements for Authorities in NSW and ACT and the BCA/NCC
- Strong customer focus and commitment to Client s values vision and mission including a strong ethic of confidentiality honesty and commitment
- Precast Concrete Panel shop drawings experience but steel or joinery panel shop drawings experience is acceptable
- Setup and Location: Onsite
- Work Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (AEST) 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM (PH Time)
- Employment Type: Fulltime
