Job Description

This is a remote position.

This job ad is posted for Transkripsyo Inc.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Human Resources Support

  • Assist with endtoend recruitment processes (scheduling interviews posting job ads conducting exams collecting requirements).

  • Maintain and update employee records including employment changes 201 files and status updates.

  • Coordinate the deployment of new hires by verifying preemployment requirements.

  • Handle requests and documentation related to hardware loans health cards employment certificates and more.

  • Endorse offboarded staff for IT clearance and coordinate final pay release.

  • Assist with government compliance such as SSS contributions PhilHealth ER2 and PMRF submissions and TIN applications via ORUS.

Administrative Tasks

  • Perform general clerical duties including filing scanning copying binding and data entry.

  • Upload and download files on a daily basis.

  • Prepare and process notarial documents and changeofcompany name paperwork.

  • Monitor and manage attendance records and remote work tallies for billing and incentives.

Office and Facilities Management

  • Handle procurement and inventory of office and company supplies.

  • Coordinate gate passes work permits and parking allocations.

  • Pay monthly utility bills (Internet Electricity Water etc.).

  • Manage parcel and document shipping via LBC Lalamove or Grab.

Client & Contractor Support

  • Respond to employee concerns via Skype Outlook and Microsoft Teams.

  • Provide administrative support for special requests including sending gifts for birthdays holidays and other milestones.

  • Represent the company for bank transactions (ATM payroll foreign exchange deposits withdrawals passbook updates).

Reception & Communication

  • Welcome visitors answer phone calls and redirect inquiries appropriately.

  • Support internal communications and document dissemination across departments.



Requirements

  • Proven experience in administrative or HR support role

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite Outlook Teams and basic file management systems

  • Knowledge of local labor and government compliance processes (SSS PhilHealth TIN etc.) is a plus

  • Trustworthy resourceful and serviceoriented

At least 3+ years experience in Administration; Scheduling Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems, with demonstrated experience in data management and system administration; Intermediate Word and Excel skills; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
