Collect and verify pre-employment documentation and background verification.
Maintain accurate employee databases and HR records both in physical and electronic form.
Assist new employees in completing On-boarding forms and enrolling PF ESIC HRMS etc.
Conduct Employee Orientation and Induction programs covering company policies values and workplace culture.
Process employee documentation such as Offer Appointment Confirmation Increment Letters etc.
Prepare Attendance Leave Deductions and Checklist reports.
Generate Payroll reports and MIS reports.
Prepare and verify Allowance and Compensation off report.
Vendor bill processing.
Maintain documents as per ISO standards.
Qualifications :
Desired Qualification : Any UG / PG (MBA - HR)
Experience Required : 2 Years
Skill set : MS Office especially Excel proficiency HRMS Software etc.
