Job Description:
Step into an exciting role where you ll be at the heart of a dynamic hospitality and events business. As an Event Support & Admin Assistant you ll manage vital communication channels help couples plan their dream weddings and support the coordination of diverse entertainment events. This position offers the perfect blend of customer service event planning support and administrative expertise allowing you to grow your skills while contributing to memorable celebrations and performances.
Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to incoming event and wedding inquiries with professionalism and attention to detail
- Create and send customized event proposals for various occasions from intimate gatherings to largescale productions
- Handle reservation processes for both ticketed events and special functions
- Coordinate with the venue owner on complex inquiries and special requirements
- Support the administrative aspects of event planning and execution
- Maintain organized communication channels and documentation
- Assist with general administrative tasks to support business operations
Requirements
- 3 years of proven experience in administrative or executive assistant roles
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with customer service and client communication
- Proficiency in standard office software and digital communication tools
- Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication with management
- Experience in hospitality events or related industry preferred
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
- Availability during standard business hours
Benefits
