About the Role

Were looking for a motivated and detailoriented Account Manager to join our sales team and support the growth of Wellizens brands in the New Zealand market. In this role youll be the key point of contact for our B2B customers and distribution partners helping to drive sales strengthen relationships and ensure a smooth execution of our gotomarket plans.

Youll work closely with crossfunctional teams including brand marketing and operations to deliver an excellent customer experience and identify opportunities to grow market share. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills a commercial mindset and a proactive approach to account management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of sales and distribution plans across B2B channels in the NZ market.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key customers partners and distribution networks.
  • Coordinate product launches and trade promotions with internal brand and marketing teams.
  • Provide training and product education to retail store teams to support instore execution and brand understanding.
  • Assist with order processing inventory coordination and sales administration tasks.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Contribute to accurate sales forecasting reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Qualifications and Skills

  • 13 years experience in sales account management or a commercial support role (FMCG or B2B preferred).
  • Strong relationshipbuilding and communication skills.
  • Detailoriented with solid organisational and administrative abilities.
  • Commercial awareness and an interest in understanding customer needs and market dynamics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
  • A proactive collaborative mindset and willingness to learn in a fastpaced environment.
