As they grow they are looking for a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales Representative to join their team and help take the brand into more hands salons and stores across Lagos.
Responsibilities:
- Drive product sales by identifying and engaging potential customers including beauty stores salons and individual clients.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to highlight benefits and drive interest.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Gather and share customer feedback and market trends with the team to improve product offerings and strategies.
- Support marketing and promotional activities as needed (e.g. popups trade fairs product launches).
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
Requirements
- 3 years of sales experience in the Haircare Cosmetics and Personal Care industry. This role involves field sales with frequent client visits.
- Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Selfmotivated and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of the Lagos beauty market is a plus.
- Passion for hair care and beauty is highly valued.
