Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic International Sales Manager to drive the global expansion for our client a leading Malaysian ecigarette brand. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to penetrate new markets managing distributors and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Expansion & Sales Growth

  • Identify and target new international markets.
  • Develop marketentry strategies tailored to regional regulations.
  • Achieve and exceed annual sales targets through distributor partnerships trade shows and direct B2B sales.

Distributor & Client Management

  • Recruit onboard and manage overseas distributors/wholesalers.
  • Negotiate contracts pricing and MOQs with international clients.
  • Build longterm relationships with key accounts (vape shops chains ecommerce platforms).

Regulatory & Compliance Oversight

  • Collaborate with legal teams to ensure products meet local vaping laws.
  • Monitor changes in global regulations and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Crossfunctional Collaboration

  • Work with marketing to align promotions branding and trade show participation.
  • Liaise with supply chain/logistics to optimize delivery timelines and costs.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Track sales performance market trends and competitor activities.
  • Provide monthly reports on revenue pipeline and market feedback.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: 5 years in international sales preferably in ecigarettes tobacco or FMCG.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with vaping regulations (TPD PMTA SFDA) and supply chains.
  • Negotiation: Proven ability to close deals with distributors/retailers.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel internationally.
