Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic International Sales Manager to drive the global expansion for our client a leading Malaysian ecigarette brand. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to penetrate new markets managing distributors and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Expansion & Sales Growth
- Identify and target new international markets.
- Develop marketentry strategies tailored to regional regulations.
- Achieve and exceed annual sales targets through distributor partnerships trade shows and direct B2B sales.
Distributor & Client Management
- Recruit onboard and manage overseas distributors/wholesalers.
- Negotiate contracts pricing and MOQs with international clients.
- Build longterm relationships with key accounts (vape shops chains ecommerce platforms).
Regulatory & Compliance Oversight
- Collaborate with legal teams to ensure products meet local vaping laws.
- Monitor changes in global regulations and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Crossfunctional Collaboration
- Work with marketing to align promotions branding and trade show participation.
- Liaise with supply chain/logistics to optimize delivery timelines and costs.
Reporting & Analytics
- Track sales performance market trends and competitor activities.
- Provide monthly reports on revenue pipeline and market feedback.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 5 years in international sales preferably in ecigarettes tobacco or FMCG.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with vaping regulations (TPD PMTA SFDA) and supply chains.
- Negotiation: Proven ability to close deals with distributors/retailers.
- Travel: Willingness to travel internationally.
