We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Jakarta Indonesia. As a Sales Manager you will play a crucial role in driving our companys revenue growth leading a high-performing sales team and developing strategic sales initiatives to expand our market presence.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Lead mentor and motivate a team of sales professionals setting clear goals and providing ongoing coaching and support
- Analyze market trends customer needs and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Manage the sales pipeline forecast accurately and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services to customers
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Oversee contract negotiations and ensure smooth handover of closed deals to relevant departments
- Prepare and present sales reports analytics and insights to senior management
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge
- Represent the company at industry events trade shows and conferences to promote our products or services
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field
- Proven experience in sales management with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a sales team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and sales analytics tools
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close high-value deals
- In-depth knowledge of sales forecasting and pipeline management techniques
- Excellent budgeting and financial planning skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions
- Familiarity with industry trends and competitive landscape
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings or weekends as required
- Experience working in the Indonesian market or Southeast Asian region is a plus
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly desirable
