1) Understand goals and identify gaps in performance productivity and quality at both the individual and team level
2) Provides superior guidance mentoring coaching and feedback for the Store Manager and Sales Associate to strengthen their overall sales performance.
3) Onboarding new District Manager Store Manager and Sales Associate leading training activities and providing help with specific issues related to retail or store operations.
4) Developing training programs and designing training courses using gamification roleplaying activities and job simulation.
5) Structures training plans to meet financial objectives.
6) Evaluating individual performance before and after the training program.
7) Stay up to date with the new market trends and demands of a retail sales environment.
8) Must continue to be wellversed in and knowledgeable of all products and services procedures and policies.
Requirements
1) Work experience as a Sales Coach Sales Trainer or similar role.
2) Strong knowledge of the sales process and its best practices.
3) Excellent presentation and coaching skills.
4) Familiar with elearning platforms and roleplaying activities
