Modular Dating is a fastscaling AIpowered whitelabel platform that enables businesses to launch and grow branded dating creator and communitydriven networks. We provide a customizable highperformance ecosystem combining AIdriven engagement predictive analytics and automation to power the future of dating and creator monetization.
As we expand were seeking a highcaliber Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technical vision scale infrastructure and build a worldclass engineering team. Initially managing an outsourced team you will be responsible for transitioning development inhouse optimizing performance and driving AIdriven innovation.
This is a foundational leadership role offering the opportunity to work directly with the CEO & CPO shape the companys technical direction and establish Modular Dating as the global leader in whitelabel dating and creator platforms.
We are hiring a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to build optimize and futureproof our highperformance AIpowered modular platform. This role requires a visionary datadriven leader who can execute scalable technical strategies enhance automation and leverage AI to personalize engagement and monetization.
You will drive technology decisions infrastructure scalability security and AI innovation leading the transformation from an outsourced to a highperforming internal engineering team.

Tasks
Technology Strategy & Leadership
- Define and execute a scalable AIpowered technology roadmap ensuring high availability and futureproof architecture.
- Oversee hightraffic platform infrastructure supporting millions of users and multiple B2B partners.
- Work closely with CEO & CPO to align technical strategies with business objectives.
Platform Scalability & Infrastructure
- Build and refine cloudbased microservicesdriven infrastructure ensuring smooth global operations and performance optimization.
- Deploy advanced automation AIdriven personalization and intelligent scaling frameworks to maximize system efficiency.
- Ensure seamless integrations modular architecture and external API monetization models.
Security Compliance & AIPowered Risk Management
- Implement fraud detection transaction monitoring and AIdriven compliance frameworks.
- Oversee data security privacy (GDPR KYC/AML) and cybersecurity risk mitigation.
Engineering Team Development
- Manage and scale an outsourced development team optimizing workflows security and delivery efficiency.
- Develop the hiring strategy for building an inhouse engineering team fostering highperformance engineering culture.
CrossFunctional Collaboration & Innovation
- Partner with growth marketing and product teams to enhance AIdriven personalization automation and monetization models.
- Integrate realtime analytics behavioral tracking and machine learning optimizations for engagement insights.
Requirements
Tech Stack & Tools
The ideal candidate should have experience working with modern cloudbased AIpowered and highperformance architectures. You should be comfortable with:
- Cloud Computing (AWS GCP or similar) for scalable infrastructure.
- Microservices & Containerization (Kubernetes Docker) to build flexible modular systems.
- AI & Data Processing for personalization fraud prevention and engagement tracking.
- Security & Compliance (GDPR KYC/AML fraud detection).
- DevOps & CI/CD (automation cloud scaling and performance monitoring).
Who Were Looking For
- 10 years of experience in software engineering & technical leadership scaling hightraffic platforms.
- Expertise in AI machine learning automation and cloud computing.
- Handson experience in architecting highperformance modular SaaS platforms.
- Strong background in data security fraud prevention and compliance (GDPR KYC/AML).
- Track record of hiring mentoring and leading highperforming technical teams.
- Whitelabel experience is a strong advantage.
- Ability to think strategically while executing in a fastpaced highgrowth environment.
