As a Customer Operations Analyst you will:
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success to provide timely updates route customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Support the optimization of AI models by updating cleansing validating and analyzing data ensuring high accuracy and relevancy while applying a mix of technical expertise and human judgment
- Analyze and maintain customer datasets to drive actionable insights support algorithm improvements and enable data driven decision making
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer data and system issues providing clear communication and timely solutions
- Contribute to the creation of dashboards and visualizations for internal and client use
- Provide afterhours or weekend support as part of a rotating team schedule (if required)
Experience and Background:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT Statistics or a related field
- 2 years experience in data analysis/operations in the software/tech sector
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Technical proficiency in software systems web operations data management and problemsolving
- Adaptability and eagerness to thrive in a highgrowth environment
