Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detailoriented Talent & Culture Executive to join our dynamic team in Baghdad Iraq. As a key member of our Human Resources department you will play a crucial role in shaping our organizations culture and attracting top talent.
- Lead and manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and extending job offers
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to attract and retain top talent
- Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding processes ensuring a smooth transition for all new hires
- Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions
- Manage and update the companys applicant tracking system and other HR databases
- Organize and facilitate employee engagement activities and events
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Provide support for performance management processes and career development initiatives
- Contribute to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- Handle employee relations issues with empathy and professionalism
- Prepare and maintain HR reports and analytics to support decisionmaking
- Stay uptodate with labor laws and HR best practices ensuring compliance across all HR functions
Qualifications :
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and talent acquisition strategies
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Familiarity with local labor laws and HR regulations in Iraq
- Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fastpaced changing environment
