Purpose of Job:
- To manage sales and operational activities for the centre
- To ensure optimum utilization of resources / manpower
- To ensure that the client satisfaction ratio of the center increases KRAs
- To increase overall revenue of the centre

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing the Sales and Operational Activities for the centre
- Monitoring Billing System Revenue Collection and handovers.
- Daily reports submission of the center to the Operations Manager.
- Responsible for the commercial functions administrative activities safety maintenance and housekeeping activities in the organization.
- Also responsible for the compliances Statutory & Regulatory requirements and managing Licensing.
- Responsible for material planning in the organization. Review and approval of Purchase order and control the costs.
- Attendance and Leave management wherever required taking disciplinary measures. Daily roster to be made monthly and submit to HR by 2nd of the following month.
- To attend daily and weekly meetings.
- Daily updating the Manager for any constraints / issues / feedback.
- To impart on the job & classroom training to subordinates.
- To handle Mediclaim / Insurance reimbursement case queries.
- To take regular feedback from guests / patients followed by necessary corrective / preventive actions; if any. To take at least 2 Google and Facebook reviews from patients
- To do BTL Activities and pamphlet distribution in the nearby areas
- To do Outdoor Camp activities once a month in residential society Offices (Govt/Pvt sector offices) banks temples etc.
- To work as per department s / unit s requirement on SPN and other notified days.
