The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact delivering excellent service via phone email or chat. Responsibilities include understanding client needs coordinating with technical teams logging support tickets and maintaining issue resolution records. The role requires strong communication skills technical awareness and a customerfirst mindset. Experience in IT support or SaaSbased products is an advantage. The ability to manage multiple requests efficiently is key to success in this role.
Handle customer queries via phone email or live chat regarding IT products/services.
Understand and document technical issues and raise tickets in support systems.
Provide timely updates and solutions to customers ensuring SLA compliance.
Coordinate with internal technical teams to resolve customer concerns.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions in CRM systems.
Educate users on product features upgrades and basic troubleshooting steps.
Gather customer feedback and report recurring issues to product teams.
Escalate complex problems to the appropriate technical support tiers.
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science IT or any related discipline.
1 3 years of experience in customer support preferably in IT services or SaaS.
Basic understanding of IT systems software and networks.
Proficiency in helpdesk tools and ticketing systems (e.g. Freshdesk Zendesk).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problemsolving and customerhandling abilities.
Ability to work in shifts (if required) and under pressure.

We are Hiring Finance Executive for the IT Industry!! Location: Chennai Roles and Responsibilities Process invoices, handle accounts payable/receivable, and manage day-to-day financial transactions. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory obligations. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
