Job Description As a Client Service Specialist in our Client Onboarding & Servicing team you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will communicate comfortably with customers in a metricspromoting environment navigate multiple technologies and adapt well in a fastpaced environment. You will focus on customer needs engage in detailed conversations take ownership of interactions and respond empathetically. You will document customer account activities thoroughly and concisely and approach problems logically to ensure appropriate customer outcomes. You will abide by all applicable regulatory and department practices and procedures and think critically to deliver optimal customer solutions.

Required Qualifications Skills and Capabilities
- Minimum of 2 years of voice customer serviceoriented experience in the call center industry required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate clearly and concisely while being aware of their audience.
- Amenable to working onsite following US time.
Preferred Qualifications Skills and Capabilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required Bachelors degree preferred.
- Possess strong customer focus with the ability to have detailed conversations with our customers
