What you will do:
Campaign Execution & Optimization
Assist in planning executing and optimizing paid search campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads.
Conduct keyword research write compelling ad copy and monitor performance.
Implement A/B testing on ad creatives extensions and landing pages to identify what performs best.
Support in audience targeting and bidding strategy refinements.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track campaign performance metrics (CTR CPC CPA ROAS etc.) and assist in analyzing trends and insights.
Generate performance reports using Google Analytics Data Studio and Excel/Sheets.
Flag issues or opportunities for improvement proactively to the campaign manager.
Collaboration & Support
Work with internal teams (design analytics content) to execute campaign deliverables.
Support account managers in preparing client presentations insights and reports.
Stay up to date with platform updates industry news and best practices
Requirements
13 years of handson experience with paid search advertising (Google Ads Bing Ads).
Understanding of basic KPIs and optimization techniques in search advertising.
Familiarity with platforms and tools such as Google Ads Microsoft Ads Google Analytics Google Tag Manage Reporting tools like Data Studio Excel or Tableau (basic level).
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers and datasets.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Eagerness to learn and grow in the digital marketing industry
1-3 years of hands-on experience with paid search advertising (Google Ads, Bing Ads). Understanding of basic KPIs and optimization techniques in search advertising. Familiarity with platforms and tools such as - Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manage, Reporting tools like Data Studio, Excel, or Tableau (basic level).
