About the Role
Were looking for a Content Specialist who can bring clarity to complexity and turn ideas into impact. This isnt your typical writeandforget content role youll be in the thick of things working with product marketers category owners and SMEs to build powerful narratives that move the needle.
Youll write blogs whitepapers thought leadership pieces and more all backed by research and shaped by sharp stakeholder collaboration. If youre part writer part listener part investigator and you get a weird thrill from structuring longform content youll love this.
A Day in the Life
- Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) category leaders and productmarketers to create highquality researchdriven content
- Write and edit longform assets including blogs whitepapers POVs customerstories and more
- Build narratives that balance technical depth with accessibility
- Stay current on healthcare and SaaS trends to feed into content development
- Collaborate across marketing product and brand teams to ensureconsistency and clarity
- Manage timelines and content calendars
- Take feedback well
- Learn every single day about the product the industry and the humansaround you
What You Need
- 46 years of content experience (B2B SaaS or healthcare a bonus).
- Strong writing and editing skills.
- Proven experience working with multiple stakeholders managing feedback with maturity.
- Comfort with ambiguity a proactive mindset and solid research instincts.
- A team player with a collaborative spirit and a desire to grow.
- Someone who gets joy out of simplifying complex topics without dumbingthem down.
