Job Description

Razorpay was founded by Shashank Kumar and Harshil Mathur in 2014. Razorpay is building a newage digital banking hub (Neobank) for businesses in India with the mission is to enable frictionless banking and payments experiences for businesses of all shapes and sizes. What started as a B2B payments company is processing billions of dollars of payments for lakhs of businesses across India.

The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Associate Manager to join our Enterprise Partnership team. The ideal candidate will have experience in partnership management business development and working with international clients. The Associate Manager will play a key role in building and maintaining strategic partnerships with enterpriselevel clients across global markets focusing on driving business growth and ensuring longterm success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partnership Development:
    • Engage with existing and potential international enterprise partners to expand the companys global footprint.
    • Work with internal stakeholders (networks marketing legal etc.) to create proposals and negotiate partnership agreements.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Cultivate and maintain strong longterm relationships with international enterprise partners.
    • Serve as the main point of contact for key partners ensuring alignment on goals and performance.
    • Monitor and track the health of existing partnerships identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution:
    • Develop and execute partnership strategies that align with the companys global expansion objectives.
    • Work with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful integration and implementation of partnerships.
    • Coordinate and oversee joint marketing and promotional activities in collaboration with partners.
Mandatory Qualification

  • 24 years of experience in partnership management and business development or account management with a focus on international markets.
  • Endtoend scope delivery with defined timelines especially for banking and networkrelated components.
  • Proven track record of building and managing relationships with large enterprise clients.
  • Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fastpaced environment.
  • Knowledge of global business trends cultural differences and challenges in international partnerships.
