POSITION SUMMARY:

This position will be responsible for supporting India Sales team for condition monitoring solutions to meet company sales & market share gain in India through coordinating day to day basis activities between various cross functional team within Qualitrol such as Product Management Production Dispatch Finance and original equipment manufacturers end customers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Key Deliverables

Including but not limited to:

  • To penetrate targeted OEMs and end user customers develop customers profiles create opportunities with existing clients and new prospects.
  • Take the lead at (TIERII & TIERIII) OEM accounts and Utilities to grow the business for basic sensors.
  • Support sales team to drive Key account management in the assigned territory.
  • Responsible for supporting all sales activities to meet the team goals and objectives.
  • Support existing sales distributors and expansion of dealer network activities of Sales Team.
  • Responsible for the effective execution of the sales plan activities.
  • Coordinating with the Product Managers and factories for order booking shipment coordination support to Customers from presales to postsales activities till delivery of the material postsales support.
  • Working with customer to collect payment in time
  • Participation in Exhibitions Demonstration and other customer and market related activities.

QUALIFICATION/ EXPERIENCE / SKILLS / PERSONAL TRAITS:

To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed above are representative of the knowledge skill and/or ability required.

Education

  • Engineering preferably in Electrical Electronics Industrial automation Mechanical or other related fields.

Experience

  • Minimum 35 years in the field of sales coordination preferably in Power Sector with OEMs and End Customers (relevant experience)
  • Good knowledge and understanding of applications in Condition monitoring of Electrical Assets
  • Ability to work and coordinate with cross functional teams within the organization
  • Ability to follow up with customers for new business opportunities and market penetration presales and postsales activities followup with customers.

Interpersonal and Communication Skills

  • Strong oral and written communication skills in native language & English including group presentation skills
  • Strong confidenceinspiring personality Fluent in English
  • Good interpersonal skills & time management skills.
  • Consulting and customer orientation & persuasion skill
  • High level of energy dynamic and selfdriven
  • Innovative results oriented & a natural team player
  • Ability to cope with pressure as well as flexibility or mobility for frequent traveling

IT Skills

  • Working knowledge of personal computers including common business application software; i.e. Microsoft Excel Word Outlook Power Point etc.
