Job Description
On behalf of an international firm in North Dublin we are looking to hire a Head of Commercial Finance.
As a key strategic partner to the business the Head of Commercial Finance will lead the commercial finance team and play a critical role in shaping financial strategy improving operational performance and supporting the continued expansion of the organisation across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to the Sector Managing Director and operations leadership providing financial insight to inform strategic decisions.
- Lead budgeting forecasting and longterm financial planning activities.
- Deliver highquality financial analysis including profitability cost management and variance analysis.
- Identify opportunities for margin improvement and operational efficiency.
- Lead mentor and develop a highperforming team of finance business partners.
Requirements:
- A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent) with c. 10 years of experience including in a senior commercial finance or FP&A role.
- Proven experience managing finance teams in a fastpaced multisite or servicedriven environment (ideally facilities management or similar).
- Strong financial modelling and analysis skills with a strategic mindset.
- A confident communicator who can influence at senior level and build strong crossfunctional relationships.
