Our Consumer Experience Team focuses on spurring user growth retention and engagement through strategies backed by data insights. Were looking for a Senior Data Scientist (Analytics) to join our team at our office in Jakarta Indonesia driving improvements in user experience through product experimentation A/B testing and indepth research.
Get to Know the Role
In this role you will work closely with product managers to define hypotheses design experiments and deeply understand user needs pain points and business goals. You will act as a strategic partner throughout the product development lifecycleoffering analytical support from ideation to executionand help prioritize features through datadriven insights. You will report to Senior Analytics Manager.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Design and run A/B tests and quasiexperiments to evaluate the impact of product changes on key metrics like engagement retention and conversion.
- Analyze experiment results and generate actionable insights to guide product improvements.
- Conduct deepdive user behavior analyses using statistical techniques and machine learning to uncover trends and root causes.
- Translate complex data into clear strategic recommendations for product enhancements.
- Build and maintain intuitive dashboards to track product and feature performance in real time.
- Visualize data effectively to highlight trends anomalies and opportunities enabling datadriven decisions across teams.
Qualifications :
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in the product analytics space.
- You have a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Data related fields
- You are proficient in SQL Python and R for handling large datasets.
- You have experience creating dashboards using tools like PowerBI for informed decisionmaking.
- You have advanced knowledge in statistical methodologies and machine learning to uncover insights. You can also apply these techniques to large datasets.
- You have experience designing and implementing A/B tests and other experiment frameworks. You ca analyse results to derive actionable insights.
