Residential Property Conveyancer West Yorkshire
Location: West Yorkshire (OfficeBased with Flexible Working Options)

Are you a talented Residential Property Conveyancer looking to join a respected forwardthinking Yorkshire law firm
We are working in partnership with a leading Yorkshirebased law firm that is expanding its established Conveyancing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a highly regarded firm known for its exceptional client service supportive culture and commitment to professional growth.
About the Role:
Youll manage your own diverse caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to postcompletion including:
Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
Remortgages transfers of equity and new build transactions
Drafting and reviewing contracts conducting searches and dealing with Land Registry and lender requirements
Communicating with clients agents lenders and other parties throughout the process
About You:
2 years of experience handling a full residential conveyancing caseload
Qualified Solicitor Licensed Conveyancer Legal Executive or experienced fee earner
Able to work autonomously and efficiently in a highvolume environment
Strong communication and client care skills
- Highly organised and detailoriented
