Opus Talent Solutions is on the lookout for a driven and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our internal team. This is a unique opportunity to work across our three powerhouse brands: Opus Recruitment Solutions JD Ross Energy and Nology.

Were looking for someone who thrives in a fastpaced environment ideally with 360 recruitment experience and a track record of filling hardtofill roles especially when it comes to recruiting recruiters.
Requirements
What Youll Be Doing:
Recruiting toptier recruitment consultants to join our highperforming teams
Building strong longterm relationships with internal stakeholders
Headhunting exceptional talent across multiple industries
Shaping and strengthening our employer brand
Organising and leading engaging assessment days
Managing recruitment for all our global locations
What Were Looking For:
Proven recruitment experience (360 recruitment preferred)
Experience recruiting recruiters or internal hiring for recruitment roles
Strategic mindset with a passion for talent attraction
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
A collaborative proactive and adaptable approach
