Help get better trained personnel to the front line faster.

We are dedicated to providing exceptional Royal Navy career training.

Together with the Royal Navy were shaping the future of submarine training. From modernising courses and the learning environment to delivering brand new equipment and teaching in a world class new stateoftheart building our Faslane based team are playing their part to deliver better trained submariners to the frontline faster.

Your role will be to support the provision of the quality of training courses at HMS Collingwood under the Selborne contract for the Royal Navy.

Job Description:

What youll be doing:

  • Carrying out Post Course Discussions (PCDs) with trainees on complete of training courses
  • Providing feedback questionnaires to instructional staff and trainees and to process the responses
  • Undertaking Quality Assurance activities in support of statical analysis including the production of quality reports as part of the training analysis program
  • Providing analytical feedback
  • Following up investigations resulting from the data supplied

What were looking for:

  • Strong experience of using Microsoft Excel Word and MS forms to manipulate data and to present statistical information accordingly
  • Comfortable multitasking and prioritising tasks without guidance
  • Comfortable interacting with Royal Navy personnel at all levels/ranks
  • Ability to adhere to processes with strong attention to detail
  • Any quality assurance/analysis experience would be highly beneficial
  • Ability to undergo a weeks training in Portsmouth in the first few weeks (paid for)
  • Must be able to obtain UK SC clearance

About Selborne:

Selborne is a 1 billion 12year contract which commenced operations on 1 April 2021. It is a strategic partnership between Team Fisher (a consortium of partners led by Capita) and the Royal Navy to transform 80% of shorebased training for sailors submariners and marines.
