We are looking for our future EMEA Human Resources Business Partner!
Reporting to a Senior Human Resources Business Partner your mission will be:
- To support and guide managers and employees on all matters related to the employee lifecycle ensuring the best possible employee experience.
- To participate in the deployment of the HR strategy.
- To contribute to bringing the Salomon culture to life through your daily actions and relationships.
You will be the first point of contact for managers and employees on most HR topics including:
- Recruitment: Ensuring the right profiles are recruited at the right time for the teams within your scope.
- Onboarding: Acting as the link between different stakeholders to ensure the smooth integration of new hires.
- Performance: Implementing our performance management process helping managers evaluate their employees performance and setting up necessary action plans in case of underperformance.
- Development: Guiding managers on skill and career development conversations with their employees in line with our Talent strategy.
- Engagement: Being attentive to issues that may affect individual or collective engagement and taking necessary measures to improve the situation.
- Organization: Participating in the definition and development of the organization and workforce.

Rattach(e) un(e) Responsable des Ressources Humaines Senior votre mission sera :
- Daccompagner et de guider les managers et les collaborateurs dans tous les sujets ayant trait la vie du collaborateur en assurant la meilleur exprience collaborateur possible.
- De participer au dploiement de la stratgie RH.
- De contribuer faire vivre la culture Salomon au travers de vos actions et relations quotidiennes.
Vous serez donc le premier point de contact des managers et des collaborateurs sur la plupart des sujets RH et notamment :
- Recrutement : vous vous assurez que les bons profils sont recruts au bon moment pour les quipes de votre primtre.
- Intgration : vous assurez le lien entre les diffrentes parties prenantes pour vous assurez que lintgration des nouveaux arrivants se droule parfaitement.
- Performance : vous dployez notre processus de gestion de la performance vous aidez les managers valuer la performance de leurs collaborateurs et mettre en place les plans dactions ncessaires en cas de sousperformance.
- Dveloppement : vous guidez les managers quant aux conversations de dveloppement de comptences et de carrires quils ont avec leurs collaborateurs en lien avec notre stratgie Talent.
- Engagement : vous tes attentif(ve) aux difficults qui peuvent affecter lengagement individuel ou collectif et vous prenez les mesures ncessaires pour amliorer la situation.
- Organisation : vous participez la dfinition et au dveloppement de lorganisation et des effectifs.
Qualifications :
Required Experience:
- Min. 8 years of generalist experience in Human Resources with a focus on supporting managers and employees
- Experience in a multidisciplinary international and matrix environment.
Education: Masters degree in HR business administration or equivalent
