Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for Automic Workload Automation (UC4) tools and processes.
Agent Workflows and Jobs management and Configuration.
Monitor and troubleshoot automation workflows to ensure smooth operation.
Incidents logged in ServiceNow must be addressed in realtime.
Assist endusers with issues related to job scheduling dependencies and workflow orchestration.
Perform regular system checks and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
Document and communicate findings upgrades and troubleshooting steps to colleagues and management.
Collaborate with different departments to ensure seamless integration of automation processes.
Data analysis and customization wherever possible.
Document issues and new learnings to facilitate continuous improvement.
Lead the team and provide training to ensure they become selfsufficient in handling issues independently.
Technical Skills:
Automic SQL.
Required Skills & Experience:
Expertise in Automic SQL Windows Linux Scripting Job Scheduler.
Proven experience with Automic Workload Automation (UC4).
Strong understanding of scheduling concepts job dependencies and workflow orchestration.
Extensive handson experience with the ServiceNow ticketing tool.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with various levels of the organization.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Proven experience in leading and managing teams ensuring effective collaboration and issue resolution.
Ready to learn new technologies.
