Key Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related field.
• 3-7 years of experience in technology leadership roles including experience as a CTO VP of Engineering or similar.
• Deep expertise in system architecture cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) and scalable product development.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional and distributed teams.
• Hands-on knowledge of Agile Lean and modern delivery practices.
• Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate B2 or higher); additional languages are a plus.
• Previous experience in international fast-scaling technology environments is highly desirable.
• Ability to align with business goals and drive measurable results.
• Proven track record of achieving results and motivating teams towards excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement OMNICs technology strategy aligned with business goals.
• Oversee IT Product Development and Infrastructure operations to ensure scalability security and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements across operating regions (Italy Latvia UAE KSA).
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams across IT Product and Development.
• Foster a culture of innovation accountability and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Design and evolve scalable system architecture to meet business needs.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives implementing cloud infrastructure automation and modern technology solutions.
• Optimize delivery processes and ensure high-quality execution.
• Define and monitor KPIs for technology performance and operational excellence.
• Analyze system and team performance identify improvement areas and implement corrective actions.
• Build strong relationships with key clients and partners supporting technology integrations and business growth.
