Head of Market Access & Intraday Solutions

We are seeking a purposedriven and experienced Team Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team comprising developers application specialists and product owners. Your role will be to focus on people and team development drive our agile transformation and foster a learning culture.

Your team is developing maintaining and operating dedicated Business Area Markets IT applications for trade execution processing and trading analysis and a selfdeveloped platform for our intraday power trading activities. Most of these systems are running 24/7 and are crucial for some of our core business processes. The line team is working in two agile teams each with a dedicated product owner.

What you will do

• Lead and inspire your team by fostering a collaborative supportive and resultsoriented environment
• Grow your people by offering regular feedback coaching and development opportunitieswhile creating a shared vision and mission with your product owners
• Support your product owners enabling them to deliver maximum value to the business
• Drive agile transformation encouraging the adoption and continuous improvement of agile ways of working
• Promote a learning culture where curiosity experimentation and a growth mindset are part of the team DNA
• Encourage innovation empowering your team to explore new ideas and technologies
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment between your teams work and our broader organizational goals
• Take on an active role within your teameither as a Scrum Master or Product Owner within your product portfolio
• Collaborate with fellow managers contributing to crossteam alignment and innovation

• Solid understanding of agile methodologies and a passion for continuous improvement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and foster collaboration
• A natural interest in learning coaching and building inclusive teams
• Experience or interest in process automation and AI
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into action
• Comfortable working in an international and fastpaced environment
• Ideally experience in energy markets or trading systems
