Job Description
We are looking for a Junior Operations Manager (f/m/x) to join our Group Inventory Management Team that is responsible for the steering of a variety of projects managing processes and supporting with insightful analysis on the inventory for all European markets in our Department. In this Department we ensure smooth processes by combining operational thinking with strategic skill. As a fast growing brand we are part of AUTO1 Group Europes leading digital automotive platform.
We are revolutionizing B2B automotive retail through the simplest processes and a digital infrastructure.
Perform daily operational tasks to sustainably and strategically manage EU Retail inventory (B2C)
Work closely with international colleagues from sales operations and pricing in order to solve and process operational requests
Produce and work with basic reporting related to internal processes
Support the growth of new projects by performing daytoday administrative and organizational tasks
Suggest innovative ideas for process improvements
Assess and ensure price management processes are working as expected
Bachelors degree and initial practical work experience ideally in a fastpaced and international environment
Fastadapting personality with a strong sense of responsibility initiative and the ability to work independently
Motivated to contribute your own ideas and approaches to solutions
Very good knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets required; beginner SQL knowledge is a plus
Fluent in English; any other European language is a plus
Working from home within Germany: you can work from home up to 5 days a week
