YOUR JOB

Leverage your sales expertise to drive the expansion of our innovative IT solutions across the European market. At Goldright youll build strategic partnerships with decisionmakers lead complex negotiations and deliver tailored solutions that truly resonate with our B2B clients.

Your jobs key responsibilities are:

  • Responsibility for the sales of the Goldright Enterprise Suite to B2B customers covering the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closing and handover to the Customer Success Team

  • Representing Goldright at relevant trade fairs conferences and networking events

  • Actively identifying approaching and acquiring new customers

  • Building and maintaining longterm strategic relationships with decisionmakers and key stakeholders

  • Conducting presentations complex negotiations and managementlevel deals

  • Working closely with the marketing team to develop and execute sales campaigns

  • Supporting tenders and RfPs

  • Managing and optimizing your own pipeline in CRM

  • Sharing customer feedback and market insights with the product management team for continuous improvement

Job requirements

YOUR SKILLS

  • At least 35 years handson B2B sales experience ideally with a focus on software solutions

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with proven success in acquiring new customers and closing complex deals

  • Basic understanding of data management concepts and ideally experience with master data management solutions

  • Excellent communication presentation and networking skills at all levels

  • High level of initiative selfmotivation and the ability to work independently and set priorities

  • Strong focus on achieving goals and a strong hunter mentality

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams

  • Willingness to make occasional business trips to customers and industry events

  • Fluent in German and English both written and spoken

  • Experience working with CRM systems (ideally Pipedrive)

  • Ideally you will have initial management experience or experience of employee onboarding (e.g. SDRs)
