Your mission
In this position you play a pivotal role in leading the People Analytics function developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy that supports our objectives. You leverage data to provide insights that improve employee experience optimize workforce planning and enhance organizational performance. By leading the People Analytics team you foster a culture of datadriven decisionmaking within HR. You collaborate with HR leaders and business stakeholders to identify key metrics and analytics needs.
Key responsibilities:
Develop advanced analytics models to uncover workforce trends and improve employee engagement and performance.
Ensure data quality and governance across platforms including the People Data Lake and workday dashboards.
Deliver insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership influencing HR and business decisions.
Lead reporting and compliance efforts including alignment with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).
Identify highimpact people analytics use cases and drive their implementation to support business goals.
Build team capabilities in analytics selfservice tools research and strategic workforce planning.
Youre a key member of the Group HR Management Team reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer. The location for this position is flexible within Europe.
Your profile
Were looking for someone with extensive experience in Human Resources and a few years experience specializing in people analytics or a related role preferably within a global matrix organization. Having led successful analytics projects and teams youre adept at translating complex data into clear actionable insights that influence senior leadership and drive meaningful change. Youre proficient in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI alongside statistical programming expertise in R and Python. Your knowledge is backed by a degree in Human Resources Business Administration Data Science or a related field while a masters or PhD in a relevant discipline is highly desirable.
Youre a dynamic leader with a proven ability to inspire and manage highperforming teams. With exceptional communication and presentation skills you foster collaboration across departments and ensure that data narratives resonate with diverse stakeholders. You have an analytical mindset and problemsolving capabilities approaching challenges with clarity and precision. With a high level of integrity and confidentiality you handle sensitive data. Your leadership style is grounded in empathy strategic thinking and a commitment to continuous improvement.
