Applied Researcher
Descripcin:
Over 5 years of experience in software development with a significant focus on data technologies and platforms. Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience. Strong skills in mathematical statistical and scientific modeling. At least 2 years of experience with PySpark Python and Spark both in development and deployment in a production environment. Proficiency in PyTorch and familiarity with recent deep learning literature for model and infrastructural optimizations and techniques; applied experience at scale is highly desirable.
Responsabilidades:
Design and implement endtoend solutions utilizing machine learning and AI to enhance user experience. Conduct experiments and continuously iterate on model improvements considering multiple feature sets and personalization. Collaborate with data scientists engineers and crossfunctional teams to create strategic and tactical improvements as well as develop endtoend productionready solutions. Communicate methodologies and results to a community of researchers developers analysts and product managers. Ensure quality performance scalability and reliability of solutions. Estimate effort develop research and development plans and prioritize work according to business needs.
