Job Description
We are seeking a Senior PeopleSoft Technical Consultant to join a longterm project for a client. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in reporting (OpenXML/Excel) and system performance monitoring to support the optimization and stability of the clients PeopleSoft environment. This role will provide dedicated support alongside the clients lead consultant and focus on critical performance and reporting needs.
Tasks
- Lead the transition from Excelbased reports to OpenXML formats.
- Design build and optimize reports using OpenXML and Excel technologies.
- Troubleshoot and stabilize the PeopleSoft Performance Monitor to ensure consistent uptime and functionality.
- Analyze system performance issues such as user kickouts and slowness leveraging monitoring tools for insights.
- Provide proactive technical support and work closely with the clients internal team.
- Act as a dedicated counterpart to the current lead consultant ensuring operational continuity and technical followthrough.
Requirements
- 5 years of handson experience in a technical PeopleSoft environment.
- Strong expertise in OpenXML Excelbased reporting and data extraction.
- Proven experience resolving performance issues in enterprise systems.
- Advanced problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
