Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and implement ServiceNow solutions with a focus on CMDB and Discovery.
- Configure and customize the CMDB to ensure accurate mapping of IT assets and relationships.
- Set up and manage ServiceNow Discovery to automate asset identification and population into the CMDB.
- Build and enhance Platform Analytics dashboards and reports for better visibility and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver ServiceNow enhancements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CMDB Discovery and integrations.
- Maintain system integrity and ensure best practices are followed for upgrades patches and deployments.
- Create and maintain documentation for all development and configuration work.
Mandatory Skills:
- ServiceNow CMDB deep understanding of data models relationships and asset lifecycle.
- ServiceNow Discovery Solutions experience configuring MID servers credentials and probes.
- Strong experience with JavaScript REST/SOAP APIs Workflows Business Rules and Client Scripts within ServiceNow.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow ITSM and/or ITOM modules.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Local to Phoenix AZ or willing to relocate for onsite requirements.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Knowledge of Security Operations (SecOps) or HRSD is a plus.
- Experience working in banking or highly regulated environments is a bonus.
