We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to deeply support our Driver Assistance Business focusing on organizational and talent management for software/algorithm development and engineering department. As a strategic partner to the business you will drive organizational effectiveness talent development and cultural alignment to accelerate growth in the Driver Assistance domain.
- Strategic Partnership & Business Insight
- Understand the technical logic product roadmap and industry trends of the driver assistance business cocreating HR strategies with business leaders to achieve objectives.
- Diagnose organizational health (e.g. team collaboration talent density cultural fit) and deliver datadriven improvement plans.
- Talent Acquisition & Pipeline Development
- Lead highlevel recruitment for technical teams (software/algorithm engineers) identifying industry top talent and designing tailored attraction strategies.
- Build technical career path and succession plans for critical roles to ensure sustainable talent supply.
- Performance Management & Talent Development
- Implement performance management systems aligned with technical team characteristics optimizing metrics and incentives
- Define and develop talents towards business target and aligned with talent structure
- Culture Building & Employee Experience
- Foster a geek culture and innovation mindset through tech forums hackathons and other initiatives to enhance engineer engagement.
- Address unique challenges in technical team management (e.g. crossteam collaboration agile R&D efficiency) to improve employee experience.
- Change Management & Organizational Effectiveness
- Support organizational restructuring during rapid scaling or transformation driving process optimization and crossdepartment collaboration.
- Leverage data analytics tools (e.g. workforce productivity analysis attrition prediction models) for decisionmaking insights.
Qualifications :
- Basic Requirements
- Bachelors degree or above engineering education background preferred.
- 5 years of HRBP experience in tech hightech or automotive intelligence sectors; experience in ADAS industries is a plus.
