What You Bring
- Diploma in Human or Social Service or other related field
- Experience working with a care team to support youth with diverse needs.
- Or a combination of education training and experience.

- Physical requirements of the job include supporting individuals with recreational activities and household duties including hiking biking yard work snow removal general cleaning duties etc.
