How Youll Make An Impact

The Global Channel Presales Director plays a pivotal role in Boomis global partner gotomarket strategy. This highly visible role supports Boomis OEM business strategic Indiabased global system integrator (GSI) and system integrator (SI) partners and the broader global reseller community. Reporting into the Global VP of Presales this role operates at the intersection of technical excellence partner enablement and operational rigor.

As the presales leader for the global channel ecosystem you will be responsible for aligning partner technical capabilities with Boomis strategic objectives cocreating gotomarket plays and ensuring the field has the assets training and frameworks to succeed. You will drive clarity across time zones and business models and create the scalable documentation operational processes and reusable resources that turn strategy into execution.

What Youll Do

  • Presales Leadership for Partner Ecosystem:
    Lead technical strategy execution and enablement for global OEMs Indiabased GSIs and global SIs to drive partnersourced revenue and scale Boomi adoption.
  • Partner Engagement & Enablement:
    Collaborate with Partner Sales Solution Architects and Enablement teams to build technical competency champion usecase differentiation and drive adoption of Boomis platform across key partners.
  • Operational Excellence:
    Create and maintain scalable presales documentation demo environments onboarding guides playbooks partnerfacing enablement materials and process governance to support consistent field execution.
  • Strategic Deal Support:
    Act as an executivelevel technical advisor for critical partnerinfluenced opportunities shaping the solution approach value messaging and delivery planning.
  • Field Collaboration:
    Align closely with Boomi Presales and Sales leadership across all regions to ensure alignment between partnerdriven strategy and inregion execution.
  • Demo & Solution Standardization:
    Build demo templates and solution frameworks tailored for OEM and SI partners to increase efficiency and consistency in joint customer engagements.
  • Programmatic Insights & Feedback Loops:
    Serve as the voice of the field and the partner back to Boomi Product and Engineering teams. Identify gaps in technical capability solution architecture or support and drive continuous improvement.
  • Thought Leadership & Evangelism:
    Represent Boomi in partner forums training sessions webinars and executive briefings. Contribute to industryfacing content such as whitepapers reference architectures or blog posts.
  • Channel Operational Maturity:
    Establish reporting partner readiness scoring certification frameworks and success criteria for channel technical engagements.

The Experience You Bring

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related technical discipline
  • 10 years in presales solution architecture or technical consulting roles including at least 3 years focused on partner/channel ecosystems (OEM GSI or SI)
  • Strong understanding of SaaS iPaaS integration APIs cloud platforms and enterprise architecture
  • Proven experience building and scaling partner technical enablement programs and assets globally
  • Experience collaborating with Indiabased GSIs and offshore technical delivery centers
  • Demonstrated ability to manage operational presales functions including documentation enablement and demo system governance
  • Exceptional crossfunctional collaboration stakeholder management and executive presence
  • Skilled at communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences
  • Handson familiarity with integration and automation platforms such as Boomi MuleSoft Informatica or SnapLogic is a plus
  • Passion for developing people simplifying processes and scaling technical excellence

Compensation:
Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The On Target Earnings (OTE) for this role are $244k $305k (inclusive of commission).
