Job Description

The Customer Supply Chain Associate Data will be responsible for collecting analyzing and interpreting data related to all aspects of the companys customer supply chain. This role will involve identifying trends patterns and opportunities for improvement within the supply chain ultimately contributing to increased efficiency and improved overall performance.

WHEN YOU JOIN US YOU WILL BE;

  • Data Collection and Management: Design and implement methods for collecting managing and maintaining supply chain data.
  • Data Analysis and Interpretation: Analyze supply chain data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
  • Trend Identification and Reporting: Identify trends patterns and outliers within the data to provide actionable insights.
  • Problem Solving: Develop and propose solutions to address identified supply chain issues and inefficiencies.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams to implement datadriven solutions.
  • Communication: Clearly communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders both verbally and in written reports.
  • Closely adhere to customer operations processes to improve customer experiences and meet established KPIS. Manage and review open order reports for various plants and monitor reasons for orders not shipping on time.
  • Partner with teams in weekly meetings to share best practices and work on special projects. Collaborate with Sales for process improvement and guideline adherence.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE;

  • PostSecondary Education in Business Administration Operations/ Inventory Management or Supply Chain is preferred.
  • CITT and/or APICS designation is an asset.
  • Possess superior analytical teamwork and organizational skills.
  • Strong customer satisfaction focus and excellent relationship building skills.
  • Use of MS office especially MS Excel at an advanced level is required.
  • Experience with JD Edwards and Salesforce is an asset.
  • Strong open and interactive communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to problem solve and think outside the box.
  • Ability to manage a large volume of emails and phone calls.
  • Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Very good attention to detail

WORK AUTHORIZATIONS AND TRAVEL;

  • Can travel to US
