Develop the assigned territory by prospecting clients in the education sector identifying decisionmakers presenting proposals and coordinating meetings.
Qualify and understand your prospects key business challenges challenge traditional learning approaches and lead business conversations highlighting the impact goFLUENT can have on their organization.
Craft compelling value propositions and business cases that demonstrate the ROI of our solutions.
Build consultative relationships with influencers stakeholders and decisionmakers within your key accounts.
Collaborate with our Business Development Marketing and Customer Success teams to close highpotential opportunities.
Attend industry trade shows and events.
Travel within the assigned territory to support commercial activities.
Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the education sector. Experience in SaaS and international contexts is a plus.
Ability to build strong relationships at all levels within educational organizations including executives and senior management.
Excellent verbal and written communication presentation and negotiation skills.
Collaborative selfmotivated and resultsoriented profile able to thrive in dynamic environments.
Proactivity interpersonal skills adaptability and strong commitment.
Experience using LinkedIn for lead generation.
Experience in training elearning or HR services is a plus.
Minimum B1 level of English (mandatory).
Native Portuguese speaker.
Availability to work onsite 4 days a week.
