Were looking for a datadriven and detailoriented ABM & Marketing Ops Specialist (gn)to join our growing Marketing team. In this hybrid role youll sit at the intersection of marketing technology and execution owning our CRM data flows reporting infrastructure and playing a key role in designing and delivering accountbased marketing (ABM) campaigns across email and paid channels. Youll be making sure our marketing engine runs smooth helping us reach engage and convert highvalue target accounts. Were looking to fill this position as soon as possible with the option to work hybrid in Hasselt (Belgium) or fully remote in Europe.

Your Role
Marketing Operations
- Manage and optimize the CRM data pipeline to ensure clean actionable contact/account data
- Build and maintain dashboards to track key marketing KPIs (MQLs pipeline contribution campaign performance etc.)
- Collaborate with product marketing and sales to ensure data alignment and lead handoff processes
AccountBased Marketing
- Design and execute ABM programs targeting highvalue accounts across email paid ads (LinkedIn Google) and nurture tracks
- Build segmented campaign workflows audience lists and automated nurture sequences
- Partner with product marketing and sales to align messaging timing and strategy for target account outreach
- Track ABM campaign performance and continuously optimize for engagement and pipeline growth
Your Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B marketing with a focus on marketing ops and/or accountbased marketing
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot Rollworks Zoom info Clay) and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
- Strong analytical mindset you know your way around dashboards attribution and campaign performance metrics
- Familiarity with running paid digital campaigns (especially LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads)
- Experience building targeted email workflows and nurture sequences
- Willingness to learn about target industries
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English
- Clear communicator and natural collaborator across Sales and Marketing Teams
Bonus Points
- Experience working in a SaaS or highgrowth B2B environment
- Proficiency in Dutch
- Basic HTML/CSS for email customization
