In this fulltime Sydneybased role youll lead the design and delivery of our employee engagement surveysfrom the big annual pulse to those meaningful Moments that Matter. What do I need
Were after someone whos curious creative and confident working with data and people:
- Experience running largescale engagement surveys ideally using Microsoft Glint
- A sharp eye for detail and a love for turning numbers into narratives.
- Strong analytical skillsyou know how to find the signal in the noise.
- Excellent communicationyou can write reports that actually get read.
- Project management superpowersyou keep things moving and people aligned.
