1. Chef de Partie Grill Section
Were on the lookout for a CDP with strong grill experience who thrives in a highvolume fastpaced environment. Youll be trusted with one of the most important sections in the kitchen cooking our signature steaks and proteins to perfection every time.
Youll need:

• Proven experience on a busy grill
• Strong attention to detail and timing
• Ability to work clean fast and communicate under pressure

2. Commis Chef Pans & Larder
If youre eager to grow in a structured highperforming team this role is for you. Support the brigade on the pans and larder stations bringing finesse and energy to every service.
Ideal for chefs with:

• 12 years kitchen experience
• A hunger to learn and develop skills
• A calm reliable and cando attitude

3. FullTime Kitchen Porter
Be the backbone of the kitchen. Youll keep the space spotless support chefs with basic prep and make sure everything runs like clockwork behind the scenes.
This role suits someone who:

• Has a strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Enjoys working in a team
• Wants longterm stable fulltime hours
