Be part of something new and premium at Cairns Domestic Terminal. Compass Group Australia is launching a luxury airport lounge and were looking for passionate Chefs to deliver first-class dining to travellers on the move.
Youll bring your skills to a high-end kitchen crafting buffet and la carte dishes with premium ingredients all while maintaining the highest standards in food safety hygiene and presentation. Youll also play a key role in supporting sustainable efficient kitchen operations.
What Youll Need
Cert III in Commercial Cookery Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
Experience in production buffet or la carte cooking
Passion for food and delivering outstanding service
Flexibility across rostered shifts
ASIC clearance (well organise it for you)
